Lutros has developed a portfolio of solutions for processing fat, oil, and fuel. In 2025, Lutros’s newest, patent-pending technology went into commercial production. The New MonteTM Purification system offers a dramatically new way to pretreat feedstock oils going into sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and renewable diesel (RD) refineries. MonteTM Purification produces fats and oils with high yield and near-zero metals to simplify conversion of oil to fuel. 

Although Lutros is a process technology company, we have extensive, hands-on experience in data-driven production and production consulting. We work with our clients and manufacturers to customize systems that meet each client’s current production goals to deliver meaningful returns from competitive capital investment.
